Professor Barnaby Nelson is Head of the Ultra High Risk for Psychosis Research Program at Orygen, Melbourne. He is a clinical psychologist with a particular interest in psychotic disorders and transdiagnostic risk. His work focuses on early identification strategies, prediction of outcome in high risk youth, aetiological mechanisms, integrating phenomenology with neuroscience, and preventive treatments, particularly psychotherapies and neurofeedback. Prof Nelson has published >260 papers in this field.
